One favorite is to fish this lure weightless (especially the 6 inch model) wacky or nose hooked... keep an eye on your line! When fished weightless, the fat head and skinny tail design creates a subtle but deadly quivering action that bass can not ignore. A fun weightless technique is to Texas-rig it and crawl it across aquatic vegetation like a frog. Of course, the Salt Shaker Worm can be fished on a weighted Texas-rig, jig head, Carolina-rig, as a jig trailer, and any other way a worm can be fished.
