Ordering Instructions, Policies & Other Information:

Select the specifications of the item you wish to order (colors, sizes, etc.), and click on the "Add" button.  A separate PayPal shopping cart window will appear showing the item you just selected.  You may change the quantity of the items in this window.  When you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, or if you would like to view what you have added to your shopping cart, click on one of the "View Shopping Cart" buttons near the bottom of the on-line shop pages.  When you are satisfied with the selections in your shopping cart click the "Check Out" button and proceed with the PayPal secure payment system.

Packaging:

Items ordered through Sunrize Tackle's on-line shop may be packaged in heat-sealed plastic bags.  We do this to help speed up the shipping time, reduce the amount of waste produced by packaging materials, and to save on space.  Packaging the items in heat-sealed baggies also allows us to use the smallest shipping box possible.

Payment:

You may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) using PayPal's secure on-line server.  Click here for more information about PayPal.

Shipping prices are for continental United States only.  For orders outside the continental United States see "International Orders" below.

Orders may or may not be shipped out the day they are received. We typically check for orders on business days only. Most orders will arrive within 2 weeks but may take up to 5 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks please contact us. Please allow extra time (up to 3 additional weeks) for international orders or orders being sent to military addresses.

Sales Tax:

California residents are subject to 8.5% sales tax.  California residents are all customers who have a California address listed as the main address for their PayPal account.

International Orders:

Use the on-line shop to place the order and pay via PayPal. Soon after the order is submitted you will receive an e-mail with a payment link for the international shipping charges. Simply click on the payment link and follow the check out procedure. Once the international shipping charge payment is received the order will be shipped. International orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service® using their Priority Mail® International service. In addition to the actual shipping costs we must add a handling cost (customs paperwork, package delivery, etc.) of $5.00 per order plus 4% of the international shipping cost total to cover the PayPal transaction fees. All sales are final.

In some cases the international shipping costs will seem quite high. This is because the the shipping costs are based on size and weight of order and not cost. The cost for international shipping is typically around $30.00 to $50.00 for small orders and $70.00 to $95.00 for average sized orders. Most of the time we ship international order via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. There are three sizes of boxes to choose from:

Small: 5 3/8" x 8 5/8" x 1 5/8" - for small orders - holds a handful of items - cost is around $30.00 to $50.00 depending on country.

Medium: 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" - typically holds average sized orders that do not fit in the small flat rate box - cost is around $60.00 to $95.00 depending on country.

Large: 12" x 12" x 5.5" - holds larger orders - we rarely need to use this one - cost is around $90.00 - $130.00 depending on country.

If payment for the additional shipping charges is not received within 2 days the original order will be cancelled and refunded minus a re-stocking fee of 10% of the original order total or $10.00 (whichever is higher).

Please do not ask us to write "gift" or any other inaccurate information on the package and/or customs forms as it is illegal to do so. We must and will fill out the customs forms as accurately as possible.

In the unlikely event of a package being lost an insurance claim will be filed and an investigation will be launched.  A refund or re-shipment of lost order can not be made until the insurance claim is processed and Sunrize Tackle, Inc. has been compensated for the loss.

PayPal Secure Payments:

PayPal is a well known, highly respected, and widely used service that enables any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online.  To order on-line from this website you must follow PayPal's policies and procedures.  Signing up is free.  Click here for more information.

PayPal has certain security models in place that in rare circumstances may cause a valid credit card or other type of payment to be rejected.  Sometimes this will cause PayPal to require additional information when signing up for a PayPal account.  This is a PayPal security feature.  Sunrize Tackle, Inc. has no control over PayPal's policies, procedures, or security models nor can we help customers resolve any problems they are having with PayPal.  If you are having problems using the PayPal payment system you must contact PayPal directly.

For security reasons orders placed on-line using PayPal can only be shipped to the "confirmed shipping address" provided by the customer during the PayPal check out procedure.

Out of Stock Items:

We strive to keep the on-line shop as current as possible.  But, in the event that we can not fill part of an order the payment for the items that can not be filled along with a percentage of the shipping payment will be refunded through PayPal.
